This event was designed to uncover what holds women back as they reach for goals in their career. There are things that hold us back that are very real and tangible and then there are those that are deeply rooted in beliefs that may by untrue, unfounded or simply ridiculous. In this event we explored the conditioning and beliefs that hold us back in our careers. We broke down these challenges into what is true, what can be questioned, what is of value and what we can let go of.

The event features talks from Rebecca Tos, Alex Dewhurst and Kylie Green, who talked us through a story from their past when they used their courage to face a situation that challenged them.

Robyn Wilson (from www.flutterlyon.com) facilitated the conversation, and Ruby Lucas led the workshop where our attendees started telling their story, looking at their belief map, choices and how they’d progress their own journey.
