Smidmore Sessions was three days jam packed with programming at Marrickville Metro’s Smidmore Lane for Sydney Fringe Festival. The weekend kicked off with an outdoor movie with food packs available from local retailers. On Saturday, a stage was installed and Young Henry’s Loud & Local took over the street, with free live music from local artists. In the evening, the bean bags were brought back out for a live comedy show. On Sunday, retailers had market stalls on the street and programming consisted of family friendly shows from the wider Sydney Fringe program.
