Working with conference team for the inaugural SXSW Sydney, we scheduled hundreds of sessions over multiple venues, managing over 1,000 speakers to deliver the largest conference in Australia.

This project required both creative and logical thinking, to develop the processes and systems to effectively manage such a large number of stakeholders.

Venues included ICC Sydney, UTS, Powerhouse Museum and JMC Academy.
