A volunteer role managing the merchandise and gifts for the annual TEDxSydney conference. Included tracking of merchandise from suppliers, stakeholder management and management of a team of 30 volunteers to efficiently pack and distribute 3,000 – 5,000 gift bags for all conference delegates.

When I began i this role there was little structure as to how things were managed. I implemented a team leader structure to manage the large group and provided consistent, detailed communications with all team members. Many of the team leaders have gone on to achieve great things and one took over the role when I left.

Worked at both Sydney Opera House (2014, 2015) and Sydney International Convention Centre (2016).
